Hello and welcome to Jeonju's newest website, dedicated to finding the best restaurants, bars, cafes and anything else that is worth seeing in our fair city.
Below, you will see a tag cloud. In order to make this site as simple as possible we have based it on several of these clouds. If you see something you like just click on it and you will be shown city wide results for that tag. So, if you're looking for Galbi and you're happy to go anywhere in Jeonju to get it, just click on the 'Galbi' tag below and take your pick from the recommended restaurants.
If you're looking for something in your area of town, then take a look above this text, and you will see that the site has been divided up into the primary areas of the city. By clicking on an area tab, you will be taken to another page with another tag cloud that restricts what you see to that area. So if you are looking for Korean restaurants in Ajungli, just go to the Ajungli area of the site (by clicking the link above) and then find the relevant tag as it floats around in the cloud.
Finally, if you're searching for a specific place, or what you want isn't in the tag clouds, you can type a direct query into the search bar below.
That should help you get started... but what if your favourite restaurant isn't listed? Well, why not submit a review yourself?
This site isn't about us telling you what to eat - It's about everyone in Jeonju sharing their recommendations with everyone else. We wouldn't have learned about many of the places on this site if it wasn't for someone telling us how good they were - so if you know a great galbi restaurant, a stunning samgyeopsal joint or a wonderful wine bar, then submit a review and share the love!
If you want to add a review, there are three easy steps : First, you need to register and log in, using the link on the top left menu. When you're registered, you'll see a new option in that menu inviting you to submit a review - click it, and type your review in the box that will appear. It's very simple, and operates in the same way as Word or any other standard word processing package. Don't forget to include your name, so we can credit you with the review; but leave the other boxes at the bottom alone - we'll sort the technical stuff out for you! Finally, click 'Submit' and Email any photographs you've taken to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Then, sit back and wait a few days for us to get the technical stuff in order, and your review will soon start appearing in the search results!
